Engineering & Production Manager

**Main Responsabilities**
- Manage the Engineering service (R&D, Methods, Labs = 5 Engineers) + Production (several Direct Reports)
- Is responsible for the qualification of new products
- Participate to the quality management of the products
- Supervise the mechanical Lab
- Support production in process improvement
- Support collaboration between engineering team and sales teams to fulfill customer needs
- Contribute to standardization and patent filling processes

**Requested Profil**
- Engineer Degree with high technical skills and various experiences, if possible in cable industry
- Leadership skills
- Pragmatic and operational approach
- Communication and reporting
- Experiences in measurement methods in production processes and in laboratories methodology
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French
