**CONTEXT**

Richemont is in the middle of a digital transformation and is fast evolving into an agile model of development of infrastructure product and services within a multi-cloud migration context.

The hosting department is the Center of excellence for every hosting topic in many technologies and a central factory for standard compliance and security by design.

The platform engineering Team is constantly interfacing with the cloud solution Team in charge of the foundation and with the Operational Team that is managing the run of their product.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- You will lead a team of highly skilled engineers that craft the standard cloud infrastructure product.
- You’re a leader and a coach able to elevate each of your team member.
- You’re used to handle Team interaction support and conflict management in a diplomatic way.
- You’re passionate about IT infrastructure technology and able to follow the market and drive innovation in multiple domains.
- You’ll be able to guide architecture decision based on pragmatic judgment and challenge the status Co with the advice of your engineer.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**
- You’ve a proven background of datacenter and cloud infrastructure leader and understand most of the IAAS and PAAS technology on the market with deep details.

With product such as:

- Virtual server (Windows and Linux Server)
- Image management as code, hardening, identity and security concept.
- Load-balancing and Waf (cloud native ALB and F5)
- Share and object Storage (cloud native and netapp)
- Citrix technology
- IAC and automation (terraform, Ansible, Git)
- Managed Services like patching, backup, encryption, security
- Aws, Alibaba cloud, GCP
- You’ve succeeded in large scale project and multi-cloud and datacenter environment.
- You’ve an innovation mindset and are fluent in Agile methodology and entrepreneurship.
- You’re a caring manager and make sure all your people can process their task with support.
- You’ll be able to decide the right path for Richemont in multiple and complex situations.
- You’ve excellent communication skills in English French being a plus.
- You’re proven process architect and able to provide constant organizational optimization.
- You’ve a background of high skilled engineer for at least 5 years in your career.
