We are looking for an intern to join our Global Communications team who can help us to deliver impactful corporate PR strategies. This role is an exciting challenge for those who are looking to develop their corporate communications skills whilst working in the global press office of a high profile brand.

Your Team:
The On Global Communications team exists to tell powerful stories about On that enhance the brand’s reputation. The team is responsible for corporate media relations, financial communications, issues/crisis management, executive communications, athlete storytelling and impact communications.

We’re always looking for new, interesting ways to tell our story - so if you have an idea that could be our new secret weapon, speak up and run with it (literally)

Your Mission:

- Support Global Communications teammates in setting up media events and activations
- Oversee and manage product sample and seeding processes including order tracking, mailouts and storage
- Process and track incoming media enquiries and assist Global Communications teammates with responding to enquiries
- Use media monitoring tools to create media coverage reports
- Manage media subscription renewal process
- Manage and oversee uploads to asset management tools
- Develop and manage document and asset filing systems
- Assist team with invoicing and accounting process

- You are highly organised with a great eye for detail
- An expert project manager who shows initiative and persistence to complete tasks in a timely manner
- You relish solving problems in a fast-paced environment
- You thrive when you don’t have all the answers, you work tirelessly and autonomously in order to turn ideas into reality
- A natural communicator, you're fluent in both German and English
