**Global E-Commerce Content Coordinator (M/F/d)**

**Description**:
In this role, you will be a key player in our digital content management efforts. You will facilitate and support the Agile/Scrum framework, enabling our cross-functional teams to efficiently and effectively create, optimize, and distribute digital content across various channels. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will help us streamline our processes, ensuring timely delivery of compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:
As part of the Content Team, the Global E-Commerce Content Coordinator will have the overall responsibility for the content setup and update of 28 websites. In your position you will be responsible to coordinate and collect request from local markets, the analysis of the request and the assignment to the relevant team. You manage and prioritise the content backlog and have the responsibility to plan the sprint based on the team velocity, making sure to streamline and continuously improve the content process. In your role you will also be responsible of the diffusion of the digital culture, collecting digital trends and projects and organising recurrent meetings to share the knowledge across Markets and Regions:
**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and support the Agile/Scrum framework, ensuring adherence to established principles and practices.
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the product owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations.
- Support the Content Team by removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital content that aligns with our brand identity and meets the needs of our target audience.
- Track and communicate project progress, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and team members.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment, encouraging open communication, creativity, and innovation.
- Continuously learn and adapt, staying current with the latest digital content trends and Agile best practices.
- Manage and prioritize sprint backlog and guide internal and external teams in their collaboration
- Control, maintain or increase the Content Team velocity.
- Collaborate with the team's tester to validate the quality of the work. Ensure project compliance, quality monitoring and compliance with schedules.
- Responsible for evaluating the feasibility of the content implementation for a new project.
- Key partner for 3rd party vendors, ensuring smooth and productive working relationships and processes.
- Manage documentation for all operations processes and ensuring this is up-to-date and maintained.
- Maintain and share the Digital Culture across markets and regions.
- Manage day to day translation's operations: assessing translations change requests from markets or internal digital counterparts, submitting request, tracking the delivery, mitigating impediments.
- Maintain and test translations platforms set up in Salesforce and align with stakeholders.
- Maintain translations digital guidelines and facilitate weekly meetings with business partners.

**What you need to become our next audacious talent**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Content Coordinator or Scrum Master, preferably in a digital content management environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of digital content strategies, tools and best practices.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
- You bring sound knowledge of digital services, technology platforms and E-Commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Strong presentation skills and attention to details.
- Previous experience in the luxury industry highly appreciated.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, and any other language is a plus.
