**Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Lead**

**Your Mission**

Reporting to our Head of Compliance (Principle Compliance), and working closely with the Director of IT as well as our various Service leads. This role offers the opportunity to work a growing global managed security services provider undergoing a strong technical and cloud-first transformation. We keep the networks and security up and running for many global Organizations - all of which rely on us to stay stable.

You’re a self-driven experienced IT and Disaster Recovery Professional willing to see the company through solid BCDR preparedness, and able to roll up the sleeves, working along side teams in various testing exercises.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing a BCDR Strategy roadmap leading to ISO 22301

Working with IT, product, and the compliance team - your able to improve our BCDR policies and procedures, and determine a roadmap that can be used to progressively demonstrate our ability. Up front, this will be technically and operationally focused.

Coordinating BCDR exercises

Coordinate the necessary tests and exercises, including, but not limited to our well established annual Data Centre failover exercises.

Developing BCDR requirements & research and/or recognize potential continuity risks

Develop and communicate reasonable BCDR requirements, as well as meet with various stakeholders in order to determine such requirements as our business continues to evolve.

Managing our potential ISO 22301 certification

Drive the preparation for, and execution of an ISO 22301 certification. Leading to demonstrable BCDR for our many customers.

**Your Qualifications**

Fit is key here - you have an energetic attitude and are ready to make a difference, Competence to work in a team, as well as individually:

- We’re looking for someone with a strong background in IT, with at least 5-7 years experience with a project management mindset, as well as the ability to write and manage strong documentation
- Demonstrated experience in running several BCDR exercises or Data Centre Failovers
- Experience in BCDR in relation to cloud a plus, as well as experience with ISO 22301 or ISO 27001
- English a must, German or other languages a plus

**This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in Switzerland**
