Project Manager Fund-Life Cycle Ops
Aufgaben
Responsible for the ongoing, operational controlling of fund processes over the entire life cycle of the funds / Operational controlling during the launch or liquidation of funds / Operational controlling of the life cycle of the funds with splits, mergers, liquidations, etc. / Continuous analysis and optimization of work processes, compliance with deadlines, quality of data reporting and fund documentation / Cooperation with specialist departments, troubleshooting, business continuity. / Continuous analysis and optimization of work processes, adherence to deadlines, quality of data, reporting and fund documentation / Cooperation with operating departments, troubleshooting, business continuity, valuation of operational risks / Establishment and maintenance of a smoothly functioning framework based on KPIs for the fund life cycle while maintaining quality standards / Design and implementation of a dashboard for controlling and monitoring of external service providers as well as their monitoring and review / Ensure coordination of all internal and external stakeholders / SPOC for all life cycle management requests / Ongoing development of the department / Ad hoc projects.
Qualifikation
Bachelor or Master / Experience with fund business operations in the area of funds/finance/legal / Experience in cross-functional project management and leading project teams / All-rounder knowledge of asset management regulation such as FIDLEG/FINIG, AIFMD, UCITS, FATCA, CRS, etc. / All-rounder knowledge of product management (ideal) and related operational processes and rules / All-rounder knowledge of life cycles of traditional and alternative funds / Ability to understand and build complex business processes / Attention to detail, quality oriented / Organizational skills (multitasking) with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines / Communication and interpersonal skills / Presentation skills / Microsoft Office / German and English.
