Ticino Hotels Group sta affrontando oggi una sfida importante che prevede il rafforzamento della struttura di staff dell’HQ con l’obiettivo di fornire ai nostri hotel servizi corporate di qualità che supportino le operations degli stessi.

Per questo motivo stiamo rafforzando il team Procurement con l’inserimento del

**Head of Procurement**

La posizione avrà un forte focus sulla costruzione di processi formalizzati e sulla razionalizzazione dei costi.

In particolare, dovrà definire procedure interne di acquisto da parte dei diversi dipartimenti ed esterne nei confronti dei fornitori, dalla qualificazione alla valutazione degli stessi.

Responsabilità dell’Head of Procurement saranno:

- Creazione e gestione delle procedure di acquisto
- Razionalizzazione informazioni/anagrafiche in SAP
- Partecipazione all’implementazione di un software dedicato ai processi autorizzativi e di gestione documentale
- Analisi del mercato (prezzi di vendita delle merci, target di clienti ecc.)
- Analisi dei prezzi di vendita delle merci sul mercato
- Definizione delle strategie per l’ottimizzazione dei costi
- Definizione del budget degli acquisti
- Scelta dei fornitori
- Gestione delle trattative di acquisto e stipula contratti
- Impostazione dei report sugli acquisti da presentare alla Direzione
- Gestione degli eventuali reclami in merito alla conformità delle merci/servizi acquistati e valutazione dei fornitori
- Direzione del team di competenza

E' richiesta un'esperienza pregressa di almeno 5/8 anni in aziende di medie dimensioni, strutturate, preferibilmente del settore ospitalità o affini. Laurea/diploma ad indirizzo economico.

Orientamento al cambiamento e agli obiettivi.

Leadership, capacità di gestione e motivazione di team.

Conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente tedesca e francese.

Ottimo utilizzo MS Office in particolare Excel.

Preferenziale conoscenza SAP Business One.
