**The Global Markets&Treasury Business Risk Manager **supports the Global Head of Global Markets&Treasury division (functional report) and the Head of Global Markets Business Support office (line report) in maintaining and enhancing the 1 st LoD risk management framework, its related controls and reporting system.

Position responsibilities:
GM&T BRM is responsible for managing the business risks including controls and reports; is coordinating incident analysis, providing proposals for mitigation measures to be submitted to the divisional Head and is contributing as well to general support the unit in all its core activities (e.g. office management, general support to GM organization,...)

Position skills:

- 7-10 years’ experience in a risk management or trading
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Mathematics; CFA, CAIA, FRM or similar qualification will be a strong asset
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - italian language will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of financial instruments including derivatives
- Outstanding analytical, comprehension & problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact clearly, constructively and efficiently with senior individuals, traders and other Business Units
- Highly organized, with shown ability to plan and able to prioritize effectively
- Flexible attitude and independent contributor to a dynamic regional & functional environment
- Result oriented with strong attention to details
- Experienced user of MS software, good knowledge of market information systems (e.g. Bloomberg)
- Good communicator & team player
