Main activities:

- Requirement & functional analysis, define mid-term operating process and steps necessary (incl. sequence and dependencies)
- Process analysis (start-to-end); identifying and then targeting bottlenecks
- Reduce system and process complexity for the end user(s) over time
- Intellectually challenge the current way of “doing things”
- Implement automated stop-points and checks to increase robustness & decrease potential operational losses
- Holistic monitoring of the ongoing developments and projects of GM&T
- Come up and implement new product (type & segment) ideas / related processes - assess product and service offering;
- Internal marketing, promoting innovative thinking (motivating colleagues to come up with ideas, validation and following up) and automatization as a way to free colleagues up from repetitive & low skill tasks

Required skills:

- Knowledge of financial instruments (Equity, Fixed Income, Forex and derivatives);
- Bachelor or master degree;
- Proactive and Sales attitude;
- Effective and efficient management of details;
- Interdisciplinary understanding (Trading, Risk, IT);
- Disciplined regarding regulatory, legal and internal rules & regulations;
- Curious about alternative ways of doing things, new technology and software;
- Skilled and adapted communication;
- Interested in identifying the root cause & interdependencies;
- Flexible thinking, building on and gathering continuous improvement process of experience.
