Casale SA, leader in chemical plant design (ammonia, nitrates and phosphates, urea, methanol, melamine, syngas) and operating on a worldwide basis is seeking **an ASSISTANT TRADE FINANCE.**

The main responsibilities are:

- Down payment documents including preliminary tax calculation (withholding, VAT, minor taxes on software portion), Tax Resident Certificates issued by Swiss/Cantonal authorities, instructions for issuance of direct/indirect guarantees by Casale’s banks, other certificates, whenever required;
- Billing milestones of commercial invoices (SAP VF02), issuance of debit/credit notes and cancelling (rare), proforma, customs invoices, caricom, together with other documents requested by sales contract (not exhaustive: certificates of insurance, collection of shipping docs such as CO, PL, CUTR) and sending the same with cover letter;
- Issuance of shipping instructions including preparation of not exhaustive modules of “formulari spedizione”, packing list (=PL), shipping marks (=SM) and draft of transport document (not exhaustive: B/L, FBL, CMR, AWB, RailWB) and actions to be taken under contract for the Procurement Dpt;
- Archive in file store and portal of all official docs (not exhaustive: presentations, invoices, bank guarantees, insurances, contracts);
- Follow up, correction of single invoice and recall documents for payment;
- Other activities not strictly related to TF (not exhaustive: send parcels by walking to the postal office when needed, follow the requests of “maintenance care” for insurance purposes);
- Intracommunity supply with VAT and Fiscal Representative issues for the purpose of implementing the wording of export/import invoices, POs and sales contracts;
- Advise payment and delivery terms, develop L/C and B/G proposals, tax issues (TRC) if necessary with Sales and PM Dpt. in compliance with the sales contract;
- Develop scheme of payment terms for sales contract registration purposes in SAP;
- Manage export/import L/C (opening, amendments, utilizations) and follow each payment;
- Manage the requests of opening, amending and closing bank and/or insurance guarantee (BB, APG, WB, BG, PBG, SBLC, counter guarantees);
- Relationship with Banks, Insurance, Serv, Swiss Fiscal Authorities, Fiscal Representatives;

**Education**
- Bachelor degree (preferably) in Finance, Economics or other related Subjects.

**Languages**
- English Level B2 (both written and verbal).

**Software** **knowledge**
- SAP (good knowledge).

**Skills**
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
- Team player with excellent communication and presenting skills.

**Experience**
- + 3 years of work experience in Trade Finance.
