For our important client, a fast-growing luxury brand, we are recruiting the following profile:
**PRODUCT MANAGER / LUXURY / LUGANO**

The Product Manager will report to the company’s Head of Product Marketing and will be part of a new high-potential business within the luxury industry from the very beginning.
- **Duties and Responsabilities**:_
- Product strategy
- Support the Head of Product Marketing
- Participate in developing the product launch plan (product offer, pricing, margin, sales and distribution targets)
- Support in the preparation of product briefs in line with product strategy and deadlines
- Ensure continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends to fuel product innovation, preparing a newsletter on a monthly basis and providing suggestions for new product launches
- New product development
- Help follow up on the product development process from brief ideation to launch in-store
- Ensure the accuracy at all time of the development sheet throughout this process
- Prepare the agendas and minutes of all meetings with the workshop for design, prototyping and production
- Ensure regular maintenance of the product database with all relevant information on the product ranges
- Support the review of the products’ lifecycle and pricing on a twice yearly basis, analyzing performance and suggesting optimization plans
- Analysis
- Ensure newness performance follow-up and sales reports
- Carry out weekly and monthly sales analyses (per network, collection, price point, etc )
- Prepare business reviews on a regular basis
- Complete ad hoc business analysis when needed with accompanying action plans
- Operations
- Help provide local sales teams with regular product training and presentations and develop dedicated tools for them
- Assist the brand’s marketing teams for product information and tailored product selections
- At least 4-5 years of previous experience in product marketing gained in fashion/luxury companies
- The knowledge of fine jewelry will be considered as plus
- Proven experience in project management is mandatory
- Fluency in English (mandatory at least a B2-C1 level) and in Italian
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Photoshop
- Flexibility, problem solving, analytical mind and results oriented complete the profile.
