Per conto di un nostro importante cliente, stiamo ricercando la seguente figura:

Product Manager

Mansioni:

  • Monitoraggio costante del mercato e dei prodotti della concorrenza.
  • Proposta e sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, in collaborazione con l'ufficio tecnico e i grafici.
  • Gestione delle richieste dei clienti durante lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti o modifiche a quelli esistenti.
  • Ricerca e selezione di materiali da fornitori terzi.
  • Coordinamento diretto con il reparto produzione per garantire la fattibilità tecnica e la qualità del prodotto.
  • Gestione del passaggio di consegna alla produzione una volta ottenuto l'approvazione del cliente.
  • Monitoraggio di eventuali non conformità o ritardi, con azioni correttive tempestive.
  • Comunicazione costante tra produzione, back office e team sales.
  • Cura della relazione con i clienti, con un approccio consulenziale e proattivo.
  • Proposta di soluzioni personalizzate in base alle esigenze del cliente.
  • Supporto tecnico al team Sales durante incontri e trattative con i clienti.
  • Partecipazione a visite presso clienti nazionali e internazionali

Requisiti

  • Formazione superiore
  • 3-4 anni di esperienza nel medesimo ruolo
  • Approfondita conoscenza del settore delle lavorazioni industriali, dei prodotti e dei processi produttivi.
  • Creatività, orientamento al cliente e forte spirito di iniziativa.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare a livello nazionale e internazionale.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; altre lingue costituiscono un plus.
