Public Relations Event Manager

We are looking for a PR & Event Manager to join our marketing team based between Milan

and Lugano responsible for planning and coordinating all events and PR initiatives that

increase brand awareness, support new product, project launches, and strengthen Palm

Angels' global visibility. A key focus of the role will be to nurture strong relationships with

media, KOLs, ambassadors, and VICs, while coordinating PR agencies on operational

activities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities


• PR Strategy: Execute impactful PR initiatives aligned with the brand marketing plan

to support launches and elevate cultural relevance.


• Media & KOL Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media, key

opinion leaders, influencers, ambassadors, and VICs to maximize earned visibility.


• Event Management: Plan and coordinate brand events (flagship, retail partner,

wholesale accounts) - from concept to execution - ensuring brand consistency and

exposure.


• Agency Coordination: Oversee PR agencies on operational activities including

sample calendar & trafficking, influencer gifting, and reporting.


• Performance Tracking: Monitor results (press coverage, EMV, attendance,

sentiment) and provide post-activation evaluation.


• Budget Ownership: Monitor PR & Events budgets with discipline and ensure

alignment with business priorities.

Profile


• 3–5 years of experience in PR, Event or Marketing within fashion, luxury or

aspirational lifestyle brands (agency experience welcome).


• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle

multiple priorities.


• Excellent planning and organizing skills with drive for results


• Strong attention to detail and a good creative eye.


• Analytical mindset, results-driven and solution-oriented.


• Fluent in English
