**Mission**:
Missions du poste:

- Assurer le bon déroulement des séjours clients au sein des 2 propriétés
- Répondre aux demandes spécifiques des clients durant leurs séjours en collaboration avec les équipes de la réception de la restauration et les butlers
- Être « lobby Ambassador » et représenter la direction en son absence au sein de l’hôtel
- Veiller aux standards qualité de l’hôtel et aux « services signature » de la collection
- Communiquer toute demande spécifique des clients à la direction
- Assurer l’amélioration et le développement des prestations de l’hôtel et du chalet privé
- Développer un portefeuille de contacts sur la station et la région pour conseiller la clientèle
- Être garant du séjour client sur l'ensemble des services proposés et promouvoir les autres destinations du groupe Ultima
- Appliquer les procédures en vigueur dans l’établissement

**Profil**:
Profil:

- Formation supérieure en école hôtelière et/ou école de conciergerie
- Expérience confirmée à un poste similaire dans l’Hôtellerie de luxe
- Parfaite maîtrise des langues - Français et anglais - Allemand un atout (le russe, l'arabe sont des plus)
- Présentation très soignée et excellent savoir-être
- Rigoureux(se), dynamique, proactif(ve)
- Parfaite connaissance des attentes et exigences d'une clientèle haut de gamme
- Polyvalent(e) et disponible pour la clientèle
- Apte à gérer les priorités et les demandes pressantes de la clientèle
- Permis de conduire obligatoire
