Year-round, the world’s most discerning guests return here to experience the height of Swiss hospitality. Nous sommes à la recherche de Butlers H/F pour notre chalet privé situé à Promenade pour la saison d'hiver 2025-2026 : Mission Missions du poste :Assurer le service à la clientèle au sein de chalets privés (petit-déjeuner, lunch, dîner)Répondre aux demandes spécifiques des clients durant leur séjourTravailler en étroite collaboration avec le service conciergerie et le Guest Relation Manager de l’hôtel, en cas de demandes spécifiquesParticiper aux opérations, à la demande du Head Butler et sous la coupole du General Manager de Ultima GstaadApporter une qualité de service en adéquation avec les exigences du groupe Ultima et les « services signature »Communiquer toute information en relation avec la clientèle à la direction généraleAider les autres services en cas de besoinPromouvoir les autres destinations du groupeEffectuer des missions ponctuelles au sein des propriétés privées de la collection, en cas de besoin  Profil Profil :Expérience confirmée à un poste similaire dans l’Hôtellerie de luxe et/ou chalet-villa privé. Une expérience en Yachting est un atoutTrès bonnes connaissances du Français et de l’AnglaisPrésentation très soignée et excellent savoir-être Rigoureux(se), dynamiqueSoucis du détail et parfaite autonomieFlexible et disponible quant aux shiftsConnaissance de la clientèle UHNWI un atout
