Year-round, the world’s most discerning guests return here to experience the height of Swiss hospitality.  Nous sommes à la recherche de Butlers H/F pour notre chalet privé situé à Promenade pour la saison d'hiver : Mission Missions du poste : Assurer le service à la clientèle au sein de chalets privés (petit-déjeuner, lunch, dîner) Répondre aux demandes spécifiques des clients durant leur séjour Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service conciergerie et le Guest Relation Manager de l’hôtel, en cas de demandes spécifiques Participer aux opérations, à la demande du Head Butler et sous la coupole du General Manager de Ultima Gstaad Apporter une qualité de service en adéquation avec les exigences du groupe Ultima et les « services signature » Communiquer toute information en relation avec la clientèle à la direction générale Aider les autres services en cas de besoin Promouvoir les autres destinations du groupe Effectuer des missions ponctuelles au sein des propriétés privées de la collection, en cas de besoin Profil Profil : Expérience confirmée à un poste similaire dans l’Hôtellerie de luxe et/ou chalet-villa privé. Une expérience en Yachting est un atout Très bonnes connaissances du Français et de l’Anglais Présentation très soignée et excellent savoir-être  Rigoureux(se), dynamique Soucis du détail et parfaite autonomie Flexible et disponible quant aux shifts Connaissance de la clientèle UHNWI un atout
