**Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Assistant Maître d'Hôtel H/F pour notre hôtel de luxe pour la saison d'été 2025**

**Mission**:

- Prendre les réservations et assurer l’accueil des clients durant les différents services
- Conseiller la clientèle et prendre les commandes, tenant compte des souhaits spécifiques
- Participer à un concept de restaurant tendance
- S’assurer de la communication entre le service et la cuisine, ainsi qu’avec l’ensemble des départements de l’hôtel
- Contrôler l’environnement de travail, la propreté et l’hygiène des locaux
- Superviser les équipes et donner les formations selon les standards de service
- Seconder le responsable de la restauration dans ses tâches
- Contrôle la qualité des prestations et veiller à la satisfaction optimale des clients

**Profil**:

- Formation supérieure en restauration (CFC - CAP-BEP / BAC PRO) ou en école hôtelière
- Expérience professionnelle de 2 ans dans une fonction similaire en établissement de luxe 5* ou dans le domaine du Yachting
- Français et anglais courants - une 3ème langue un atout
- Excellentes connaissances des protocoles de service
- Présentation soignée et excellent savoir-être
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve)
- Sens inné de l’accueil et du service à une clientèle haut de gamme
- Compétences commerciales
- Leadership et Empowerment pour le pilotage des équipes
