Assistant Human Resources 40% - 60% (m/w/d)

Your Tasks- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ein- und Austrittsprozesses von A bis Z
- Erstellung von Angeboten, Lohnabrechnungen und Bescheinigungen
- Mithilfe und Unterstützung bei der Verteilung der Unterkünfte
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, der Beantragung von Arbeitsgenehmigungen, der Bearbeitung von Unfall- und Krankheitsmeldungen
- Organisation der Vertragsbeendigungsunterlagen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten geltenden Gesetze und Vorschriften gemäß L-GAV
- Zuverlässige, diskrete und herzliche Persönlichkeit, bereit für eine neue Herausforderung
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen (Englisch und Französisch) sind von Vorteil
- HR-Spezialist mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder ähnlicher Ausbildung
