**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing communications on behalf of principal
- Answering phone calls
- Organizing travel and itineraries
- Organizing and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting principal may require
- Various ad hoc requests
- Coordinating meetings & events
- Able to cook, tidy around the house and care for the children

**Requirements**:

- Speaks English and French or German fluently
- Ability to do light cooking, light housekeeping is a plus
- Computer literacy
- Excellent work ethic
- Driving license
- Flexibility
- Verbal and written articulacy
- Professional discretion
- Efficiency
- Well-developed time management skills
- Strong organisational skills

**Job Types**: 100%, Permanent

**Salary**: CHF75,000.00 - CHF85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
