Nous sommes à la recherche de Chefs de partie H/F pour notre hôtel de luxe durant la saison d'été 2025.

Mission

Missions du poste :

  • Contribuer aux tâches et à la bonne organisation de la cuisine sous la supervision du Sous-Chef et du Chef Executif Groupe
  • Participer à la création des cartes et offres culinaires selon les produits de saison
  • Organiser son poste de travail et les mises en place pour les services
  • Effectuer les divers services selon les règles de l'établissement (petit-déjeuner, lunch, diner, room-service et service privatif dans les résidences)
  • Veiller à la propreté et l'ordre dans les locaux de production et de stockage
  • Effectuer des missions en soutien au chef privé, au sein de notre chalet privé
  • S'assurer d'une cohésion d'équipe
  • Veiller au respect des exigences des clients quant aux mets servis et allergies
  • Appliquer les normes d'hygiène HACCP
Profil

Profil :

  • Formation de type CFC – CAP-BEP/BAC PRO en cuisine
  • Expérience confirmée de 1 an dans une fonction similaire en établissement de luxe 5*, restaurant de standing / gastronomique
  • Connaissances en cuisine du monde, un atout
  • Rigoureux(se), précis(e) et soigné(e),
  • Dynamique, proactif(ve) et force de proposition
  • Français et anglais
  • Flexible et disponible
