Wir suchen ab **sofort** oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

**Front of House Manager**

im unbefristeten Anstellungsverhältnis
- Betreuung der internen Kommunikation
- Begrüßung und Verabschiedung des Gastes
- Koordination des Beschwerdemanagements mit unserem Guest Relations Manager
- Ziele und Schulungen der Standards von LHW, LQA und QM
- Überwachen und Beantworten der Tageskorrespondenz
- Kontrolle des Ablaufs von Check-in, Check-out und Tagesabschluss
- Kontrolle und Abschluss der Hauptkasse
- Kontrolle und Abschluss des Monatsabschlusses der Rezeption
- Debitorenkontrolle
- Abteilungsziele (HMS, LQA, LC Enrolments etc.)
- Kontrolle des Upselling-Budgets
- Rabatte und Upgrades nach Vereinbarung mit dem Hotelmanager
- Kontrolle und Aktualisierung der Front Office
- und Concierge-Abläufe
- Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position der 5-Sterne-Hotellerie
- Sie bringen einen Hotelfachschulabschluss oder ähnliche Ausbildung mit
- Mit Ihrem Charme haben Sie dasselbe Ziel wie wir: für unsere Gäste das Unmögliche möglich zu machen
- Sie führen und fördern unsere Mitarbeiter mit zielorientiertem Führungsstil und Knowhow
- Sie sind flexibel im Umgang mit Veränderungen und Herausforderungen der 5-Sterne-Hotellerie
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch oder Französisch sowie Englisch fließend, weitere Sprachen gerne erwünscht
