Fonction de base

La Otisline est à la disposition des usagers des installations Otis (ascenseurs, escalators, monte-charge, etc.). Il s’agit d’organiser l’aide aux personnes bloquées, ainsi que de transmettre les demandes de réparation aux techniciens de service. Ceci par téléphone, par la surveillance et la gestion de différents systèmes d’alarme, ainsi que par courriel.

Responsabilités- Réception des appels en français, allemand et italien- Saisie des données dans un système propre à Otis- Transmission des cas aux techniciens de service- Effectuer différents travaux administratifs- Gérer différentes boîtes courriels

Qualifications/ Expérience/ Connaissances- Trilingue français, allemand, italien ou bilingue avec de bonnes connaissances de la troisième langue- A l’aise en informatique (système dix doigts avantageux)- Forte orientation client- Bonne gestion du stress- Premières expériences en Call Center bienvenues, mais pas indispensables
