**Your role and responsibilities**:
Are you fascinated by HR topics and would like to gain first-hand experience in an international environment? For our team in Switzerland, we are looking for an HR enthusiastic and motivated student who would like to complete an internship starting in August 2025.
Become a part of our team and participate in the search for the best talents for ABB Switzerland and collaborate closely with various stakeholders. Learn from our experts and gain relevant insights into the field of Talent Acquisition. It's a great opportunity to bring in your ideas and develop your skillset. The work model for the role is: #hybrid
**You will be mainly accountable for**:
- Collaborate closely with team members and key business stakeholders to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and effectively.
- Actively contribute to team projects, recruitment initiatives, and occasional employer branding activities to attract top talent.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Recently completed or currently pursuing a degree in Economics/Business Administration, Psychology, HR or a related field
- High level of initiative, structured working methods and joined-up thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-pace environment
- Curious mindset and passion for collaboration with different stakeholders
- Fluency in German and English
