**Internship Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Turbocharging (60-100%, 6 months contract)**:**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the conceptualization and definition of the Accelleron Employer Brand strategy and Employer Value Proposition
- Support in collecting data, creating competitor analysis and strategic employer branding recommendations
- Develop/conceptualize HR Marketing and Employer Branding material, brochures, documents and ads for Accelleron
- Support the conceptualization of a Social Media strategy for Careers and develop ideas for campaigns
- Support in the creation of the new Careers Portal and HR Intranet
- Write creative, persuasive copy for various social media platforms (in collaboration with company communication department)
- Support the set-up of the new Accelleron recruitment process and assist in any process steps during the transition period
- Support with administrative tasks in the recruitment process

**Your background**:

- A well-defined interest in HR work, Recruitment and Marketing is essential, as is proficiency in the use of standard IT tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- A self-starter by nature, you will be highly conscientious in your approach, as well as displaying team spirit, a quick intellect and finely honed planning and organizational skills
- Flexibility is considered equally important, together with the ability to prioritize and the capacity to allocate your working hours as efficiently as possible
- A genuine interest for communication and knowledge of main Social Media Channels (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) as a private user and preferably from digital marketing perspective)
- An appetite for data collection and analysis, strong communication skills
- Strong and mature command of German and English, both written and spoken
