Are you passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities? Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month assignment as a **Talent Acquisition**Coordinator & Junior Sourcer**, where you'll be at the heart of our hiring efforts across Switzerland and our team in Western Europe. This is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, international environment, gain exposure to strategic recruitment processes, and make a real impact from day one. This position will be based in Switzerland.
**How you’ll make an impact**
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and pools for priority and hard-to-fill roles
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment standards and documentation protocols
- Collaborate with Talent Partners to align sourcing efforts with hiring strategies
**Your background**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
- At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment coordination
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, preferably Hinext
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, and applicant tracking systems is a plus
