The Service Coordinator Robotics at ABB Robotics is responsible for coordinating service work performed at customer sites while ensuring strict compliance with ABB's and the customer's standards, procedures, and policies. This role serves as the single point of contact for customers during the execution of service jobs, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. In this role you will act as the key point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job, optimizing customer satisfaction by meeting all obligations and requirements while complying with Health, Safety & Environment requirements.

**This position reports to**:
Service Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and communicating all onsite entry requirements to Field Service Technicians prior to their site visits
- Building sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction and retention and utilizing feedback to drive development of processes and practices
- Collaborating with other coordinators to efficiently allocate Field Service Technicians resources to maximize the completion of customer service requests and contract delivery
- Working closely with Customer Service Managers to optimize the absorption and utilization rates of Field Service Engineers, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation
- Identifying key improvement opportunities in products, services and processes, and disseminating the findings

**Your background**:

- Completed technical or commercial vocational training
- 2 years of experience in Service Coordination is an advantage
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in service, maintenance, commissioning and repairing processes is an advantage
- Organizational talent and able to handle multiple tasks at one time with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Salesforce and openness for new software solutions
- Fluent in German and English (French is an asset)
