Risk Manager Banking

**Responsibilities**
- Risk management in an independent firm within a large banking organization
- First line of defence support partnering with front office and ensuring an effective risk and control framework
- Enhance existing control landscape
- Timely and meaningful management risk reporting
- Support strategic risk initiatives
- Coordination of audit and regulatory activities including remediation work while partnering with the Second line of Defence (2LOD) as well as other stakeholders (such as regulators and audit)
- Help establish standards, front office guidelines and training concepts to mitigate risk issues
- Participate in key initiatives, lead smaller projects and coordinate periodic risk-based client reviews
- Perform analyses- Anforderungen

**Requirements**:

- Several years of banking risk management experience (gathered either in first or second line of defence, compliance or audit)
- Very strong Excel knowledge
- Fluent in English

**Personal skills**
- Ability to take ownership of topics and work independently
- Flexibility and ability to set priorities
- Analytical mindset
- Good communication skills- Angebot
