**Position**:
Joining the Benelux Team, as an Assistant/Internal Relationship Manager you support the Client Relationship Manager in overall day to day tasks. In addition you are responsible for account openings, other documentations as well as preparing client meetings, client reviews, handling risk management, issue management and direct point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities to include:

- Support the bankers in administrative and commercial activities
- Prepare client meetings and reviews
- Administrative tasks in client openings and other documentations
- Risk management
- Monitor client portfolios and issues
- Credit monitoring
- Direct point of contact for clients

**Profile**:

- Bachelor/Associate degree in Finance/Economics or completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education
- Several years of relevant work experience in the banking and asset management sector in a similar position on a Benelux private banking desk
- Sound understanding of assistant relationship manager tasks such as order-passing, fiduciary deposits, account-openings etc
- Solid knowledge of Swiss private banking and its regulations
- A team player, who can also be autonomous
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT-affinity, in particular MS Excel, MS Word; Avaloq is a plus
- Reliable, a self starter and systematically meeting deadlines
- Used to hard work and a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit to a 100% job, permanent contract (no home office)
- Fluent in Dutch and English - both essential; German and French are a plus
- Already resident in the Zurich area preferred, or else strong, compelling reasons to move to the region and in possession of/eligible for Swiss work permit
