On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced account / client manager for a Swiss private bank in Zurich

Tasks
- ASupports the Relationship Managers (RM) in managing, monitoring and reviewing of client investment portfolios
- Collaborates with internal experts from Markets, Investment Solutions and Wealth Planning to identify investment and service opportunities
- Communicates with clients and prospects directly in collaboration with the RM and guarantees desk coverage while the RM is on business trip
- Ensures that accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation formalities are met and maintained to a high standard at all times including client identification documentation (CDB), account opening forms and other relevant legal forms
- Actively helps managing risk (support first line of defense), i.e. in client documentation, by raising concerns, following up on issues independently and by escalating when in doubt
- Interacts with clients in an independent and professional manner in all aspects of account management
- Maintain and update records of client instructions, client details and preferences
- Provide clients and Relationship Manager with information and data in verbal and/or written form as needed/requested
- Creates and provides clients with customized information, reports and statistics, etc.
- Liaise with other RM-Teams, Compliance, Risk Management, IC-Sales, Treasury & Trading, Operations & IT
- Always ensure adherence to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations & policies etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Finance and Banking or experience in the banking environment with job-related higher degree (e.g. Bachelor, CFA, AZEK or similar)
- At least 2 years of working experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in the Private Banking or in Advisory or Trading in a Bank
- Proven track record in servicing banking clients with complex needs (on boarding of new clients, maintaining and extending current relationships)
- Solid financial knowledge
- Several years of experience in Compliance topics and is aware of current regulations and KYC related needs
- Operate proficiently Microsoft Office for working on regular presentation preparations, spreadsheets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English (oral and written), German would be an asset
- Service oriented, discreet and responsible
- Friendly, open personality, well-presented and professional appearance
- Able to work independently, well organized, swift and accurate even when under pressure
