Aufgaben

Unterstützung von mehreren Relationship Manager in sämtlichen Belangen der Kundenberatung und -betreuung:

- Unterstützt proaktiv und selbständig die Kundenberater in der Kundenbeziehung und allen damit verbundenen Aufgaben (Systeme, Anwendungen, Prozesse, Dokumente etc.), mit hoher Qualität, Präzision und rechtzeitiger Reaktion
- Beantworten von allgemeinen Kundenanfragen per E-Mail und telefonisch
- Erstellt und versorgt Kunden mit maßgeschneiderten Informationen, Berichten und Statistiken etc.
- Unterstützung in der Vorbereitung von Akquisitions-Projekten und Events
- Stellvertretung anderer Assistenten/Innen

Qualifikation
- Kaufmännische (Bank-) Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Private Banking
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Bankkunden mit komplexen Anforderungen (Aufnahme neuer Kunden, Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen)
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der globalen Finanzmärkte und aktueller Entwicklungen in der Branche
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Leidenschaft für die Kundenbetreuung
- Proaktive und unabhängige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe persönliche Integrität und ethisches Verhalten
- Systematischer, präziser und sorgfältiger Arbeitsstil und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck außerordentlich gut zu arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
