For our client, an international Private Bank with several offices in Switzerland, we are searching for a Wealth Management Generalist, an Assistant Relationship Manager for their Zurich Office.

In this role, you will be part of the Professional Clients (EAM) desk. You support a/several Relationship Manager(s) (RM) in the operational management of their client books.

You hold a key relationship position and contribute to the quality of the Bank's image. You are acting as a link between the operational departments of the Bank, the collaborators, and the clients.

**Your Tasks**
- Ensure the link between the clients, RMs, Service Team and operational departments
- Assist RMs in their mission by executing the day-to-day business and more occasional activities
- Establish and maintain quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal)
- Proceed with accounts openings/closings, enter orders and controls the correct execution
- Control client identification, call-backs and cash management
- Prepare the RM’s business trips
- Master the mechanisms of the bank and work within the established practices and procedures

**Your Profile**
- Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or University degree
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar function (preferably also for an EAM desk within a bank)
- Very good knowledge of regulations in force in the field of the Wealth Management
- Personal skills: service-oriented and dedicated to the client needs, organized, very good team spirit, rigor, integrity, discretion
- The mastery of the MS Office 365 suite
- Fluent in English and German; French/Italian is an asset
