Für unsere Client Unit Wealth Management Markt Deutschland suchen wir ab sofort an unserem Standort in Zürich eine/n Assistent/in Wealth Management. Was diesen Job so reizvoll macht: - Administrative und kundenbezogene Unterstützung von mehreren Relationship Managern - Selbständige Erledigung von Kundenadministration im Bereich Kontoeröffnungen, Kontoüberträgen und Kontosaldierungen - Ausführung und Überwachung von Kundenaufträgen sowie Unterstützung bei der Betreuung der Kunden in Abwesenheit der Relationship Manager (d.h. Erledigung des Tagesgeschäfts sowie Abwicklung der Börsenaufträge, Festgelder, Produkte, Abklärungen, usw.) - Vor - und Nachbearbeitung von Kundenbesuchen und Geschäftsreisen - Permanente Aufdatierung der Kundendaten im CRM ".relation" und Avaloq - Erstellung von Verkaufsdokumentationen und Erledigung allgemeiner Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch - Telefonischer Kontakt zu Kunden und Agenten Mitarbeit bei den administrativen Arbeiten Wann Sie zu uns passen: - Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung bei einer renommierten Bank oder ein Universitätsabschluss - Qualifizierte Erfahrung in der Finanzindustrie wird vorausgesetzt - Bankerfahrung vor allem im Abwicklungs - und Prozessbereich - Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse - Hervorragende PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office: Word, Power Point und insbesondere Excel), Avaloq-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Was Sie mitbringen: - Hohe Kunden - und Dienstleistungsorientierung - Zuverlässige, belastbare, teamfähige, flexible, motivierte und loyale Persönlichkeit - Grosse Lern - und Einsatzbereitschaft, sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten - Selbständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise, einwandfreie sowie absolut diskrete Umgangsformen Was Sie von uns erwarten können: - Ein dynamisches Umfeld, indem du dich beruflich ausleben kannst - Chance auf interne sowie externe Weiterbildungen - Ausgezeichnete Sozialleistungen - Möglichkeit auf zusätzlich zehn Tage unbezahlter Urlaub pro Jahr Kostenlose Mittagsverpflegung im Personalrestaurant At Vontobel, we are an equal opportunity workplace.
