**INTRODUCTION**:
Nous accompagnons notre client, cabinet d'audit d'envergure internationale, dans le recrutement d'un(e) Manager Audit IFRS.

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:
Gestion de missions d'audit auprès des clients basés en Suisse Romande sur des mandats variés pour des entreprises principalement internationales (IFRS et/ou US GAAP) dont certaines soumises aux exigences de la SEC/PCAOB

Gestion de projets de conversion d'états financiers aux IFRS et/ou US GAAP pour nos clients non-audit

Support technique à des sociétés souhaitant entrer en bourse

Coaching et encadrement des équipes sur les mandats

Etablissement de présentations et rendus clients (rapports et recommandations)

Participation à différents projets internes et aux initiatives de développement commercial

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:
Diplômé ou équivalent, tu disposes d'une expérience confirmée en audit (minimum 6 ans)

Très bonnes connaissances des IFRS, des International Standards on Auditing (ISA) ainsi que des US GAAS/PCAOB et des exigences de la SEC. Des connaissances des US GAAP sont un plus.

Langue maternelle française avec de très bonnes connaissances en anglais ou de langue maternelle anglaise avec de très bonnes notions de français (l'allemand et/ou l'italien sont un atout)

Excellent relationnel et d'une bonne gestion du stress
