As an Intern in the HR Centre of Expertise (CoE), you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of Business Areas, which could include 2 rotations across functions such as - Talent Scouting, Talent Attraction, Talent Acquisition Operations, Workforce Planning, HR Portfolio & Project Management and Mobility & Reward. These rotations are designed to build skills, experiences and learning for those interested in a career within HR. Expect a high paced environment where you will be adept at multitasking a broad range of activities and get the chance to work on a variety of projects. **Key requirements**: - Completed at least four semesters of a Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s degree in HR, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Media, Science, technology or similar - Project management skills - IT literacy - Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience using MS Visio strongly preferred - Strong analytical skills - Excellent written and spoken English, German skills would be a bonus - Social media savvy - Pro-active, self-driven and aiming to make a mark **Key responsibilities given, and skills learnt across each Business Area**: **Talent Scouting Responsibilities**: - Stakeholder Engagement - Project Manage and lead effective talent sourcing strategies and initiatives - Provide market intelligence on external talent trends and direct sourcing - Maintain and execute long-term succession "keep-warm" strategies with selected talents **Skills**: - Project Management Fundamentals - Sourcing skills - Executive Communication skills **Talent Attraction Responsibilities**: - Make a career at Lonza tangible - Engage with employees to tell their career stories and share their experiences with internal programs - Support creation of localized marketing material for our sites - Our Internal Employer Brand Portal is the go-to-place for our internal stake holders and you will drive further development and enhancements - You will help create a framework on how we actively manage external Employer Review Platforms - Work on other projects and activities like job event hosting, programmatic ad campaigns, etc. - Perform other duties as assigned. **Skills**: - Social Media strategies - Employment Branding skills - Project Management Fundamentals **Talent Operations Responsibilities**: - Support a variety of continuous improvement initiatives within operational recruitment delivery, contribute ideas for greater efficiency and enhancement of service - Provide administrative support to a highly visible program aimed at designing the future state of Lonza’s global recruitment delivery model - Review, revise and maintain of a vast suite of TA-related documentation - Create process-flow swim lane documents in Visio for all TA processes - Administration and maintenance of certain key data within our ATS, Workday - Perform regular audits of performance data - Provide ad-hoc general and administrative support as required **Skills**: - Project Management Fundamentals - Process documentation management - Recruitment systems / technology improvement **Workforce Planning Responsibilities**: - Support and coordinate the Global Strategic Workforce Planning project - Run audits and cascade down information on a site level, reviewing Workday Quality of Data gaps and giving guidance on mitigations - Develop guidance and governance - Perform other duties as assigned **Skills**: - Project Management Fundamentals - Strategic Organizational development / workforce planning - Recruitment systems (Workforce planning / adaptive planning) **HR Portfolio & Project Management Responsibilities**: - Support further development of Global PM Methodology - Develop and run HR Project Portfolio Reporting - Support development of governance & guidance - Perform Planview dashboard analysis to increase Planview quality level - Help further develop HR PM Community - Coordinate PM Fundamentals Training activities - Provide general support as required **Skills**: - Portfolio & Project Management Skills - Communication & Change Management - PM Tools, Software & Processes **Mobility & Reward Responsibilities**: - Managing the work from anywhere platform - Supporting and guiding employees, managers and HR with process, policy, system and troubleshooting - Creating and maintaining process documentation, tracking approvals and supporting managers in making timely approvals - Total reward analytics - Base offer support **Skills**: - Global Mobi
