Lead the execution of total reward strategy globally (over 3'500 employees) by directly partnering with Heads of HR and HRBPs on day to day people matters as well as more strategic projects
Provide education, support and communication tools for existing and new total rewards initiatives, policies and programs, coaching HR colleagues and Managers on underlying concepts and helping to embed the pay for performance culture
Support local compliance with compensation-related regulations and laws, including understanding and managing regional nuances in compensation practice
15+ Years in Total Rewards, Benefits, Retirement, HR experience, ideally gained in consulting, project driven environment and in-house with a multinational organization
~ Bachelor or Master Degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Tax
~ Demonstrated depth of experience in global Total Rewards roles, Project Management and HR Systems.
~ Proven project management and project execution experience in a cross-functional and international environment
~ Expert at analysis (including MS Excel), reporting, presenting and facilitating
~ Strong work ethic, resilience, time management skills and a positive attitude
~ Good experience and understanding of managing complex reporting relationships and incorporating multiple cultures
