We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated university graduate for an internship to work in the global and Swiss legal and HR team. The internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in an innovative healthcare company. Main responsibilities include:
**HR**
- Refining Myovant Swiss onboarding and orientation sessions (HR, Legal, Finance, Facility Management,) in alignment with our US affiliate program and by interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Creating the orientation sessions materials and train/educate Basel employees
- Support and participate to HR team projects

**Legal**
- Support legal counsels on a wide range of legal matters and projects in areas such as contract law, commercial law, intellectual property law, data privacy law, employment law and corporate law
- Assist with the review and drafting of a diverse range of legal documents and conduct legal research
- Support a variety of legal department projects (contract templates, legal trainings, global guidelines and policies,) and interact with business stakeholders and legal counsels globally

This position is located at our Basel office.

**Program Requirements**
- Enrolled University (Bachelor or Master) student at the time of the internship
- Able to commit to a full 8-12 weeks' time frame between May and September
- Able to work 40 hours per week on-site
- Authorized to work in Switzerland (we currently do not offer relocation assistance)
- Currently pursuing a degree in law, work and organizational psychology, human resources, business administration or related area
- Strong analytical skills with precise and structured approach to work
- Customer-oriented, proactive, autonomous and with a strong attention to detail
- Creative, responsible, well-organized and capable of dealing with a variety of assignments and deadlines
- Able to communicate clearly, convincingly and diplomatically
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English spoken and written, German or French a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
