As a Volunteer in International HR and Business Development, you will help build bridges between qualified professionals and employers in Switzerland and Germany — focusing on ethical recruitment and sustainable migration strategies that create value for both people and organizations.

This is a learning-oriented position for individuals who want to combine human resources, recruitment strategy, and digital business development within an international, socially impactful framework.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update our HR and CRM tools for tracking candidates, partners, and vacancies.
  • Support recruitment operations by identifying and matching qualified candidates to open roles in Switzerland and Germany.
  • Communicate with companies, hospitals, and recruitment agencies to present potential candidates and partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of outreach strategies for B2B recruitment partnerships.
  • Participate in the development of ethical migration frameworks, ensuring compliance with Swiss and EU labour regulations.
  • Generate ideas to enhance candidate placement processes and foster long-term international cooperation.
  • Learning OutcomesGain practical experience in cross-border HR and recruitment workflows.
  • Understand the structure and requirements of the Swiss and German labour markets.
  • Develop hands-on skills in CRM management, digital communication, and partnership development.
  • Deepen your knowledge of legal and ethical aspects of international talent mobility.
  • Receive a Swiss reference letter and certificate of participation upon successful completion.

Required: English (working language)

Preferred: German
