Our aim is simple but powerful:

**Give Poor but highly qualified people worldwide free access to high-quality German classes and a chance for a better life,

• while reducing loneliness among elderly people in Germany and Switzerland.**

Learners from low-resource backgrounds can join our courses
for free
, provided they volunteer
18 hours/week
speaking with lonely elderly people through our new digital companionship initiative.

For every 18 hours they give to society, they receive
9 hours of free German classes
in return.

The Product Manager will guide the growth, visibility, and impact of this entire program.

Product Management – German Courses

We are looking for a highly motivated marketer with:

• A
  background in Marketing or Communications
• Experience in
  Social Media Management & Digital Advertising
• Interest or experience in
  AI tools
  for content creation (training provided if needed)

This role is a unique blend of
product management, marketing leadership, social impact, and startup innovation
— inside a Swiss non-profit that aims to transform integration, education, and elderly care.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management – German Courses

• Manage the German Courses product line from strategy to execution
• Develop the product's identity, messaging, and positioning
• Oversee user journey, onboarding, and experience design for learners & volunteers

Marketing & Social Media

• Plan, design, and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Facebook
• Build and scale community engagement
• Develop ads and organic content that drives global interest in the program
• Use AI tools (or learn with us) to create videos, posts, visuals & automation

Social Impact Coordination

• Promote the German Course + Elderly Companionship model
• Create stories, testimonials, and campaigns that highlight:
• Elderly well-being
• Integration
• Purpose-driven volunteering
• Build messaging that attracts both volunteers and German learners

B2B Outreach

• Reach out to
  hospitals, elderly homes, care networks, and insurance companies
• Present the program's value and build partnerships
• Support placement of volunteers into structured companionship programs
• Help expand the impact across Germany and Switzerland

Tech & AI Cooperation

• Work directly with the IT & AI team to finalize the
  pilot software
  that:
• Tracks volunteer–elderly conversations
• Detects security or scam risks
• Protects elderly participants
• Ensure product, marketing, and IT teams stay aligned
