Our mission is to deliver authentic, elevated Swiss tasting experiences — combining craftsmanship, storytelling, and exceptional hospitality for both locals and international visitors.

We are expanding our brand presence and looking for a creative and driven
Sales & Marketing Specialist
to elevate our visibility, grow our customer base, and support our retail and tasting room operations.

Role Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our brand, developing partnerships, and driving customer acquisition through social media, online platforms, and local business collaborations. You will help shape our marketing voice and represent our artisanal products to a global audience — especially travelers seeking authentic Swiss experiences.

This is a hands-on role combining sales, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for tastings, retail products, and workshops
  • Manage social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Google Business)
  • Create engaging photo/video content showcasing cheese, chocolate, and tastings
  • Build and manage website content, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Support PR outreach, influencer collaborations, and media partnerships
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions and product launches

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote tasting experiences to tourists, hotels, travel agents, and local partners
  • Build corporate relationships (corporate gifts, private tastings, events)
  • Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads into bookings
  • Cross-sell and upsell retail products in-store and online

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, food retail, or tourism
  • Strong communication & storytelling skills — online and in-person
  • Knowledge of social media trends, content creation, and brand building
  • Creative mindset with passion for food, chocolate, or gourmet experiences
  • Self-driven, energetic, and willing to assist hands-on in the tasting room
  • Languages:
    English required; German highly preferred. Additional languages (French, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic) are a plus.
