What you'll do:
- Be the trusted advisor for small and medium businesses, helping them succeed through Google Ads and online campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business goals and offering tailored advertising solutions.
- Spot opportunities to grow client accounts, from upselling campaigns to optimizing ad performance.
- Use data and insights to provide strategic recommendations that drive measurable results.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure clients achieve long-term success.
What we're looking for:
- Fluent German (C1+) and strong English (B2+).
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing (Google Ads knowledge is a big plus).
- A consultative mindset with the ability to turn client needs into impactful solutions.
- Confident using tools like Salesforce, Excel, or digital ad platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and excited about working in a fast-paced, international environment.
