What You'll Do:

  • Client Partnership: You'll work with an assigned portfolio of new clients, helping them develop their first online advertising campaigns and making a real impact on their businesses.
  • PPC Consultant: Be a trusted advisor, helping clients onboard and create effective PPC campaigns that bring results.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand your clients' needs, detect their business objectives, and guide them to success through targeted solutions.
  • Drive Results: Focus on increasing ad spend, upselling, and ensuring campaign sustainability to grow your clients' success.
  • Daily Hustle: Manage a high volume of potential clients through phone consultations, balancing quality and quantity as you reach your individual targets.
  • Team Vibes: Work as part of an energetic onboarding team that celebrates wins together.

Who You Are:

  • Degree Holder: You've got a BA/BS (or equivalent), and an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a nice bonus.
  • German Pro: You're fluent in German (fluent level), and your English skills are sharp too—both spoken and written.
  • Advertising Enthusiast: You've got between 6 months and 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns under your belt (Google Ads knowledge is a plus).
  • Sales Savvy: You've also dabbled in outbound sales (preferably B2B) for around 6 months to a year, and you know how to pitch like a pro.
  • Natural Leader: Leadership, analytics, and communication? You're a triple threat, and you're not afraid to use it.
  • Marketing Nerd: You're passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising—and you're hungry to learn more and grow.
