**What You'll Do**

Front-of-house
- As the first line of the front-of-house team, provide clients with a warm and informative welcome in person or over the telephone¨
- Handle the telephone lines, assess and handle or redirect inquiries appropriately
- Assess each client’s situation, embark them on the appropriate client journey and liaise with the various teams accordingly
- Build strong rapport with clients and provide the information they need to make informed purchase decisions
- Overall, lay the groundwork, prepare and hand over the clients to the Sales Advisors ready for seamless follow-up and deal closing Retail operations
- Implement retail excellence guidelines and ensure a perfect store environment at all times, both front-of-house and back-of-house
- Implement the store opening and closing checklists every day
- Contribute to the animation of the store environment: seasonal decorations, updates and more
- Assist with the fleet: vehicle cleanliness, vehicle movements and transport, charging and more
- Handle store shifts on your own Lead Generation, Events, Sales
- Proactively collect client data from everyone that enters the store
- Handle and be present at events, sales activations, outside activities and more
- Assist with preparatory work for events and activations: shopping, transport and more
- Conduct continuous prospecting and lead generation outreach: cold outreach, door-to-door, event ideas, self-serve locations, pop-ups and more
- Through the above actions, maximize lead generation, generate client accounts, sales
- opportunities and test-drives, and channel them to the Sales Advisors for follow-up and deal closing.

Product expertise
- Be an expert on products (features, benefits, specifications, changes, pricing and more) and the market, and be the person of reference for answering all related questions
- Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations
- Conduct test-drives to best showcase the Tesla products

Deliveries
- Collaborate with the delivery teams to be able to keep clients updated on delivery procedures and timelines
- Master and support the delivery process whenever needed. Sales and delivery are one and inseparable.
