**Focus during the first 12 months**
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Segment partnerships (commercial, business, product, technology)
- Organize and formalize relationships with existing partners
- Establish new partnerships to reach the ambitious growth targets
- Prepare and execute communication plan to partners
- Raise product awareness in the industry (Switzerland, UK)
- Build partner ecosystem_
- Evaluate potential partners
- Establish new international partnerships fueling company growth and international expansion (new distribution channels, commercial partnerships, product partnerships)
- Raise p_roduct awareness
- Create awareness of WealthArc among companies serving wealth managers, asset managers and family offices
- Represent company during events and meetups
- Support marketing campaigns
- Manage partnerships_
- Make sure partners are up to date with product and company developments
- Periodically evaluate and revisit partners
- Requirements _& Qualifications
- Previous working experience as an Outreach and Partnerships Manager for 3 years
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant filed
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker
- Networking aptitude
- Great multitasking skills
- Attention to details
- Prior experience in sales and/or partnership management efforts in a company with a background in financial services.
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) will be an advantage.
- Experience in working for a b2b product software company is an advantage
