We are CV VC, a leading early-stage venture capital investor and ecosystem builder focused on blockchain technology. We are looking for a Web3-native Accelerator Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of a high-impact blockchain incubation program in partnership with a prominent ecosystem. This is a contract-based role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can bridge founders, protocols, investors, and communities.
Tasks
Program Management
- Lead all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, mentor coordination, and resource allocation.
- Design and facilitate program content, assignments, and resources to support startup growth and learning.

Startup Support
- Provide hands-on guidance to startups on business models, tokenomics, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
- Track startup progress, offer structured feedback, and ensure alignment with program milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate strategic introductions to mentors, experts, investors, and partners.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mentors, investors, community members, and ecosystem partners.
- Deliver regular internal updates on program progress, challenges, and insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Resource Management
- Secure and allocate tools, funding, and expertise needed for the program.
- Manage grants and financial disbursements to startups and service providers.

Marketing and Outreach
- Develop and execute outreach strategies across Web3-native platforms (e.g., X, Discord, Farcaster).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to produce promotional content and showcase program outcomes.

Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to optimize future programs.
- Document all processes to produce a detailed playbook for replication.
- Stay current with trends in blockchain incubation, governance, and community practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing startup accelerators or incubation programs, ideally in the blockchain/Web3 space.
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, ecosystems, token economies, and community culture.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Experience engaging across multiple platforms including Discord, Twitter/X, and Web3-native channels.
- Familiarity with fundraising dynamics, product-market fit, and go-to-market strategy in early-stage ventures.
