Consultant - Business Transformation & Managed Services (German Speaking)

**Join a growing consulting team dedicated to designing and delivering**scalable, technology-enabled transformation solutions** for financial institutions (Wealth & Asset Management, Banking, and Insurance).**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
Support the **design and implementation** of managed services tailored to client needs in terms of **scope, scale, and speed**.
Collaborate with clients to **co-create solutions** addressing key challenges such as regulatory change, operational efficiency, or digital transformation.
Contribute to **financial and operational models** that increase flexibility and optimize cost structures.
Participate in the setup of **delivery models** such as Build-Operate-Transfer, As-a-Service, or captive transitions.
**Profile & Skills**:
**2-10 years’ experience** in consulting, financial services, or project management.
Proven ability to work with **C-level stakeholders** (CFO, CIO, COO) and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Strong analytical mindset and **service-design skills** with focus on efficiency and measurable outcomes.
Fluency in **German and English** (both required); **Swiss German** or French is a plus.
University degree in **Business, Economics, or IT** (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience with **international project environments** (e.g. delivery hubs in Europe or Asia) is an asset.
Exposure to high-impact projects in the Swiss financial industry.
