Join our Financial Services Consulting team, where business meets technology to drive impactful transformation. As a Transformation Consultant, you'll collaborate with leading financial institutions to shape innovative strategies, design future-ready operating models, and deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for a motivated, analytical, and client-oriented professional eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment at the forefront of digital and strategic change.
Key Responsibilities

Contribute to business and technology transformation projects within the Financial Services sector.

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and deliver efficient, sustainable solutions.

Present insights and recommendations to clients with clarity and impact.

Apply and enhance our client's global methodologies and tools across diverse transformation initiatives.

Develop your expertise through client projects, internal training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Support business development activities and contribute to our client's thought leadership initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong academic background from a leading university or applied sciences institution.

High motivation to work in a dynamic consulting environment and in the financial sector.

Experience working on team-based projects (academic or professional).

Analytical and structured mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with a client-oriented approach.

Team player, proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in diverse, international teams.

Fluent in English and German (Swiss German or other languages are an advantage).

Preferred Profile

Initial experience in consulting or financial services (internship or entry-level).

Interest or exposure to Target Operating Model (TOM) design and process improvement.

Familiarity or curiosity for Agile and Design Thinking methods.

Interest in ESG topics and sustainable transformation.
