Business Transformation & Architecture (BT&A) is the management consulting unit within SAP, assisting customers to benefit from technology and digitalization in their business. We are committed to ideate business innovations, develop solutions and to turn novel ideas into business results.

At BT&A, we act as trusted advisors and support our customers with their transformation projects both from a business perspective as well as the corresponding IT-capabilities. Together we help customers in the private and public sector solve their most pressing digitization topics. In BT&A you work with a variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary environment of highly motivated and experienced colleagues. As a BT&A consultant, you advice customers on how to develop and implement business processes and IT-strategies towards digital transformation. You increase the customer’s value by:

- Develop and put into practice business processes and IT-strategies towards a digital transformation
- Prepare investment decisions based on value assessments and business case examinations (WHY)
- Support large customer transformation processes as a transformation manager

For our Swiss branch with a focus on the local market we are looking for a SAP generalist profile to act as a Business Transformation Consultant as part of a regional team.

**What we expect - Skill requirements**

We are looking for dynamic and advisory minded colleagues from a multi-national environment who can effectively drive organizational change and innovation.
- Knowledge of SAP’s strategy, the latest product portfolio and their impact on business strategies
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture advisory preferably in an SAP environment would be beneficial
- Experience in self-managed project work at customer, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, IT Management or related specialization

- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
- The ability to think conceptually while focusing on quality and deliverables
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt in a new environment, where you can grow fast
- Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to design and prepare high-impact presentations
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent German and English language skills
