Consultant - Digital Transformation Our KPMG Digital Transformation team supports organizations throughout their entire IT transformation journey – from developing future‑ready strategies and selecting the right technologies and partners to shaping modern IT organizations and implementing innovative Cloud, AI and digital solutions. We help our clients harness the power of technology to drive innovation, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new business opportunities in an increasingly digital world. Location: ZurichStart date: March 2026Workload: 80% – 100% Your contribution to KPMG Advise KPMG clients on digital technology, IT and digital strategy, technology transformation and sourcing, AI, and process automation and digitalization Define strategy concepts around IT strategies, digital transformation, IT governance and IT operating model, etc. Support project setup and execution Help in the creation and extension of our KPMG solutions around Digital Transformation Support in business development activities Benefit from opportunity to participate in project‑related work in another Management Consulting Team This is what makes you successful Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Innovation or similar First experience in Transformation and/or Digital Technology or comparable environment is preferred Interest and knowledge of digital trends and technologies, combined with desire to learn and adapt to emerging tech Experience in project management related to design of a new IT organization is a plus Teamwork, good project and client management skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluency in German and English, French is an advantage Willingness to travel Your benefits Flexible Work: We support hybrid working, flex time options, opportunity to work from anywhere for up to 10 working days per calendar year and generous parental leave.
