**Job Description**:

- You are an expert in consulting our clients along all phases of the project: from defining the initial vision and translating broad challenges into a specific roadmap, transformation programs and preparing the implementation, considering complex challenges, and create comprehensible business cases for them.
- As a lead consultant, you are responsible for the development of digital business strategies, considering the end customer, organizational and technology perspectives. You take on the strategic development of national and international clients and develop concrete recommendations for action based on your analysis of the relationship between content, customer data, technology, media and processes.
- You lead interdisciplinary teams in large and international pitches and consulting projects with joy and confidence to the customer's benefit.
- Our clients perceive you as a thought leader in digital transformation - you fill this scope with joy and great professional confidence.
- Together with the team of highly qualified and experienced strategy consultants, you continuously develop our business consulting services
- As Lead Strategic Innovation, you define innovation strategies based on a solid understanding of our clients’ innovation needs. You draw on a rich portfolio of approaches relating to business model innovation, service design and customer experience optimization.
- You take the lead in setting up and delivering innovation projects and co-create innovation and transformation strategies with our clients.
- Enthusiasm for several of the following topics: Innovation management, digital business models, transformation management, agile ways of working, organizational development, or process optimization.
- You have a wealth of experience and track record in setting up and implementing digital innovation projects.Qualifications**
General - Qualification**:

- A degree in economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable course of study. A higher degree, Ph.D or MBA is an advantage.
- At least 7 years of professional experience as a consultant in a strategic function in a professional services company, industry, a start-up or in a renowned consultancy.
- Strong communication and argumentation skills as well as convincing and confident appearance at C-level with the customer.
Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with a gift for communicating complex solutions effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in leading and delivering national and/or international digitalization or transformation projects.
- Enthusiasm for several of the following topics: Innovation management, digital business models, transformation management, organizational development, process optimization, multi-channel models, data and CRM, e-commerce.
- Team spirit and high willingness to always learn new things.
- Very good written and spoken English skills (business fluent), on top of German or French
- Strong communication and argumentation skills as well as convincing and confident appearance at C-level with the customer.
- You enjoy presenting the ideas developed in the team in front of customers with a customer-centric mindset and an understanding of customer journey
