**Position Summary**

As a “Global Brand and Innovation Lead Maternal & Women's Health”, you will support the consolidation of our global business strategy by developing and deploying an I&R pipeline for a newly created and fast-growing category, and accelerating its roll-out in partnership with zones and markets. As a result, you will lead a cross functional team from Ideation to Launch and develop a 360 launch plan, encompassing also communication to consumers and healthcare professionals. In addition, you will ensure Materna’s brand stewardship, supporting markets with insightful and purposeful story-telling, aligned with the latest trends and tools to develop the category.

**A Day in the Life of a Global Brand and Innovation Lead Maternal & Women's Health**
- Ensure brand and I&R launch readiness and lead the acceleration of the roll-outs plans & tools (all relevant product books, communication tools, brand benefits to consumers and HCP, packaging etc.)
- Lead and drive projects in tandem with assigned project managers through I2L on a project from Ideation to Launch
- Consolidate understand on the category dynamics, consumer and competitor insights, globally and across markets
- Development of Learnings & Best Practices to support markets growth and cross-fertilization
- Support global category analysis, development, and definition of opportunities (as requested, on-time & complete)

**What will make you successful**
- 5-10 years’ experience in Marketing (FMCG or Pharma)
- Experience with working in an international dynamic environment
- Ideally entrepreneurial spirit, flexible to manage ambiguity and experience on seeding business
- US or Latam markets experience would be beneficial
- Organizational & Project Management skills
- Result focused and solution oriented approach driven to deliver on time and in required quality
- Analytical and structured to deliver comprehensive and thorough analysis
- Service oriented to engage and collaborate with zones and markets
- Fluent English
- Women health Purpose led
